Ekomlita and YNOT Media joins forces to establish as a global e-commerce player Orbio World

The newly established global trademark “Orbio World” symbolizes the merger of successful globally recognized Lithuanian companies YNOT Media – a digital marketing agency and Ekomlita – e-commerce startup.

Our Tax and M&A teams have once again joined forces to create the corporate architecture for the transaction and lead to successful implementation. We have been assigned to structure the transaction, draft the transaction documentation and assist with project management leading to a successful closing.

We are proud to be part of the already successful journey, which we believe is just beginning as the new global trademark will engrave the strongly based Lithuanian business in the international waters.

Back in 2021 Ekomlita had more than 2 million clients in the world, whereas in only 2 years of its operation more than 5 million clients total.
