Our deal shortlisted for 2024 CEE Deals of the Year Awards

CEE Legal Matters has announced the 2024 CEE Deals of the Year Award shortlist.

Since 2017, these prestigious awards have recognized the most significant transactions, financings, IPOs, and other landmark deals that drive economic growth across the region, along with the lawyers and law firms instrumental in their success.

We are pleased to see several high-impact transactions from the Lithuanian market on this year’s shortlist, including:

  • C Company’s Acquisition of a Controlling Stake in TOKS
  • EIB and Šiaulių Bankas Agreement for a New EUR 200 Million Renovation Fund
  • Vinted’s TPG-Led Secondary Investment

“We are honored that C Company’s acquisition of a controlling stake in TOKS has been recognized as one of the standout deals in Lithuania this year. This transaction was particularly significant as it is going to reshape the transportation sector, bringing strategic investment and innovation to a vital industry. Our team navigated complex regulatory and corporate challenges to ensure a seamless transition, reinforcing our position as a trusted advisor in high-stakes M&A transactions” said the head of the Corporate and M&A practice group Rokas Jankus.

The shortlists, determined by the votes of Country Selection Committees, highlight the most influential deals of the year. The full list of nominated transactions is here.

Motieka & Audzevičius has had the privilege of contributing to several transactions recognized in past editions of these awards, including those in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.
