Prevented an attempt to stop the sale of assets

The debtors renounced their wish to sell the seized property to their own suggested buyer and asked the bailiff to announce the auction. Following an auction in which the debtors’ assets had been sold, another creditor of the same debtors sought to challenge the announcement of the auction.

Our team convinced the Court that the sale of the property to the buyer proposed by the debtors could not proceed without the consent of the debtors, and therefore the appeal of the said creditor was dismissed as unfounded and the debtors’ assets were successfully realized.
