Successfully represented „Kauno energija“ in a dispute with the State Energy Regulatory Council

Motieka & Audzevičius Dispute Resolution team won the second dispute before the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania while representing AB „Kauno energija“ in a dispute with the State Energy Regulatory Council (VERT).

The dispute concerned the recalculation of AB „Kauno energija“ heat price components according to the heating price determination methodology.
