Represented Srbijagas before the Lithuanian Supreme Court on extension of arbitration clause

Our Dispute Resolution experts successfully represented Serbian company JP Srbijagas before the Supreme Court of Lithuania on recognition and enforcement of ICC arbitral awards against a non-signatory to the arbitration agreement.

This is one of the first cases in Lithuanian court practice where the court has analysed and recognized the doctrines on the extension of the arbitration agreement. The case is significant because it was in litigation for almost 10 years and concerned cross-border litigations in Cyprus and Austria.
