Represented the client on acquisition of shares in Vilniaus Prekyba group of companies

Our Mergers and Acquisitions team has successfully advised Bertona Holdings Limited on increasing its shareholding in Vilniaus Prekyba, the largest Lithuanian group of private companies operating in retail and pharmacy chains, real estate development, and rental services by acquiring shares of various group companies from Mindaugas Marcinkevičius.

Our team led this transaction from the buyer’s side and was responsible for structuring the deal, preparation of documentation for the sale of shares, leading the negotiations with the seller, as well as executing all actions necessary for successful implementation of the transaction. Also, our team has assisted the client in dealing and coordinating matters related to foreign jurisdictions.
