Sale of shares in e-commerce company trading jewellery, crystals and other beauty products

Omni channel Indian e-tailer Vaibhav Global Ltd. acquired e-commerce company Mindful Souls BV for EUR 12 million.

Vaibhav Global is an omni-channel e-tailer of jewelry, accessories and lifestyle products. Target – Mindful Souls BV, is an e-commerce company that deals with subscription-based online sales of fashion jewelry, lifestyle products and gemstones. Mindful Souls has a presence in Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe.

This acquisition will allow the e-commerce giant to create synergies via deep sourcing and manufacturing abilities.
