Successful recognition of arbitral award

Our team has conducted a successful domestic recognition of arbitral award issued by FOSFA Arbitration, London.

This was the next step in validating the previously received arbitral award. The award was issued after our lawyers successfully managed a case on behalf of a claimant – a major Lithuanian biofuel producer. Recognition will allow continuing enforcement of the award against assets of the respondent, located in Lithuania.
