Successfully represented AB „Kauno Energija“ in a dispute with the State Energy Regulatory Council

Motieka & Audzevičius won the dispute before the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania while representing AB „Kauno Energija“ in a dispute with the State Energy Regulatory Council.

The dispute concerned the recalculation of the heat price components of AB „Kauno Energija“ according to the heating price determination methodology.
