Acquisition of the largest funeral home in Lithuania and related ritual services company

Our Corporate and M&A team advised UAB Re Verum group in the acquisition of the largest funeral home in Lithuania, as well as one of the biggest ritual services company in Lithuania and Europe, together with ongoing crematorium construction project.

Our team led this asset and share transaction from the buyer’s side and was assigned to prepare the deal documents, including the share purchase agreement, participate in negotiations and conduct legal due diligence.

With this transaction, the Re Verum group of companies has completed the first stage of investments – consolidating funeral homes in major Lithuanian cities.
