Advised Orbio World on its first acquisition of a cosmetics start-up

Our Corporate and M&A team has advised the client on the acquisition of UAB Neorus – a start-up company engaged in the e-commerce business of distribution and wholesale of various branded skin cosmetics and body hygiene products, including creams, serums, cleansers and face massagers and face masks under already well know brand name in the beauty industry Fraîcheur Paris.

The client’s representation consisted of participation in extensive negotiations, signing of a letter of intent, structuring the deal, execution of due diligence with the main focus on IP matters, and preparation of documentation of the transaction and its successful closing.

Orbio World as the direct-to-consumer retailer who has a vast experience in business and specialization in e-commerce by this transaction has expanded its variety of products being traded and is expected in the short term to increase Fraîcheur Paris brand name awareness to the next level.
