Advised Skycop in the acquisition of 100% of shares in Estonian company Lennuabi
Our Corporate and M&A team has advised Skycop in the acquisition of 100% of shares in Estonian company Lennuabi. Both companies are active in claims services for airline passengers.
This deal establishes the commencement of Skycop’s acquisition and expansion strategy with the purpose of becoming the second-largest provider of claims services for airline’ passengers in Europe.
We have advised the client in negotiations of the share purchase agreement and related documents and ensured the smooth closing of the transaction. Our team also managed distinct international teams of legal advisors all of which were engaged to complete this transaction successfully.
