Finnish Titanium Fund buys Avia Solutions Group’s office building

MOTIEKA’s M&A team advised the client in a share sale and property leaseback transaction of the headquarters of Avia Solutions Group, a multi-services provider for global aviation, headquarters in the capital of Lithuania and part of Aero City campus project, being developed by the Avia Solutions Group.

The deal was structured as a share deal. Our team led this transaction from the seller’s side in all transaction stages. It was assigned to lead the negotiations, revise the share purchase agreement along with the rest of the transaction documentation to ensure a fruitful lease and property management cooperation in the years to come, and successfully represent the client in the closing of the transaction.

“Foreign investors have appreciated our project, the Group’s financial stability and development plans. The funds received after the completion of the transaction will allow us to continue to develop the Aero City project in the promising southern part of Vilnius, near the airport,” Justas Baltaduonis, Director of UAB Aero City Group, which is part of the group and is developing the project, said.

The Aero City campus is being developed with more than 50,000 sqm of offices, hotels and employee apartments.
