Kauno Grūdai sold a land plot in Kaunas city
Our Corporate law team has assisted AB Kauno grūdai, a company of Linas Agro Group, in the transaction of sale of land plot and buildings in one of the “hottest” locations for real estate development in Kaunas city at the banks of river Nemunas.
The transaction is a part of the ongoing project of asset optimization of Linas Agro Group and integration of recently acquired AB Kauno grūdai into the group.
Our team has assisted the client in drafting and negotiating this high-value asset sale-purchase agreement and related documents.
