Represented a client in successful addition to its operational car-wash facilities portfolio

The client engaged our firm – Plovyklos LT, a holding company dedicated to holding income-generating operational car wash facilities, to lead the acquisition transaction of UAB Kita diena, which owns a car wash facility in the brand of Pro Bro in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

We lead the transaction from day one – provision of first bid, signing of LOI, performance of due diligence, until successful closing. Our firm was trusted with the drafting of all documents for the transaction.
